Yes. Volume work is planned as a project rather than a queue: we agree batch sizes and a schedule up front, so you always have a working set of devices in circulation while the rest are with us.
Every business job is invoiced with your company details, VAT number and purchase-order reference. Payment terms are agreed at quotation, and an itemised specification per device is included.
Within our service area we collect and deliver on an agreed day. Outside it we arrange insured shipping. Either way you get a signed list of what left your building and what came back.
Yes. For fleets under continuous management we set up a service agreement covering agreed rates, priority handling and a named account manager, reviewed annually.
